CjasperCandlesLLC is a small business offering handmade candles and other handmade products, which may include body creams, soaps, and Seasonal or limited -edition items.

Our products are made with care and love. Because handmade products may vary slightly in color, appearance, Scents, texture, and finish, minor difference between products and photographs are normal.

We Strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, sizes, prices, and other product information. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur. 

Product colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screens, and handmade production.

Scents may be perceived differently by different customers.

Product availability, seasonal scents, and limited-edition items may change without notice,

we reserve the right to correct inaccurate descriptions, pricing error, or listing mistakes, subject to applicable law.

If a significant error affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and discuss an appropriate resolution.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. CjasperCandlesLLC reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary including when:

A product is unavailable or discontinued.

A Listing contains a significant pricing or description error.

Payment is declined, reversed, or suspected to be fraudulent.

An order appears to involve fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

A Shipping or fulfillment issue prevents us from completing the order.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order, subject to applicable law.

4. payments and Financial Transactions

Customers agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and shipping information when placing an order.

payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

We may process payments, refunds, and other legitimate order-related transactions through authorized payment processors. 

We do not authorize charges that are unrelated to a customer's purchase or otherwise lack a lawful basis.

We reserve the right to cancel orders involving suspected payment fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Refunds will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before submitting payment. 

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

CjasperCandlesLLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect customer addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not eliminate any rights customers have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers Should contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, is missing, or has not arrived within the expected delivery period.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Our Return & Refund Policy is part if these Terms & Conditions.

Eligible unused and unburned candles may be returned for a full refund when the return is requested within seven days of receiving the order. 

A candle with a defective cotton wick or wooden wick that will not burn properly may qualify for a replacement candle or another item of equal value. 

Customers must contact us before returning a product.

Return shipping costs and original shipping fees are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in this agreement removes any non-waivable rights provided by law.

7. Candle Safety and Product Use

Candles must be used responsible and according to the safety instructions provided with the product.

Customers should never leave a burning candle unattended, keep candles away from children and surfaces, or burn candles near flammable materials.

Discontinue use if a candle behaves abnormally, the container becomes damaged, or the wick creates an unsafe burning condition.

Body creams, soaps, and other personal- care products must be used according to their labels and directions. Review ingredients before use, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and seek appropriate medical advice for a serious reaction.

Customers are responsible for following product instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Customer Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Customers and website visitors must use our website and services lawfully and respectfully. 

The following activities are prohibited:

Fraud, theft, unlawful activity, or attempts to violate another person's rights.

Hate speech, threats, harassment, bullying, intimidation, or discriminatory abuse.

Spam, unsolicited promotions, deceptive advertising, or unauthorized commercial solicitation,

Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.

CjasperCandlesLLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw products, websites feature, promotions, or services or services when reasonably necessary for business operations, safety, inventory, maintenance, or legal compliance.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor accepted orders or provide an appropriate refund when an order cannot be fulfilled.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or online services.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms. We will not trat a customer's review as permission to use their private information or likeness for unrelated marketing without an appropriate legal basis or consent.

We use customer information to process orders, communicate about purchases, provide customer support, and carry out legitimate business operations.
